 MEDICAL RESUME
Linda Mary Montano was born in 1942. In a career spanning over fifty years as a performance artist, she has created works in a variety of disciplines that explore the possibility of eliminating the distinction between art and life, including videos, books, installations,  live durational performances, workshops, teaching, and Art/Life Counseling. Montano believes that art is a transforming medicine and that it has a profound effect on curing life issues, trauma and PTSD. Spiritual inquiry, recycling, living simply and conserving, via art & life, have always been her interests.
